The DJI GO 4 app is optimized to work with the Phantom 4 Pro, Inspire 2 and other DJI products with the latest generation of DJI features and controls. The original DJI GO app will not recognize the Phantom 4 Pro or Inspire 2, so be sure to download the new DJI GO 4 app via Google Play or the Apple App Store before connecting  your aircraft.
